Before you ask for a refund

If you have purchased any service from binarycloth and you are experiencing a technical issue with the item we recommend that you should contact us about that service and seek assistance. Often we’ll be able to help to troubleshoot your problem. 

Asking for refunds

Digital service is not refundable, We understand, however, that sometimes we are not able to solve your issue or there may be circumstances in which a refund is warranted. In this case, here are the circumstances in which we would provide you with a refund:

  • Rendering Service or any other form of delivery is not similar to the actual design that was requested.
  • Digital service has non-fixable bugs or errors.
  • Digital service was not delivered on time.

If an item or render doesn’t look the way it should then the admin can promptly fix the issue by updating the item. An item is “not as described” if it is completely different from the actual design that the customer asked for. If the issue can’t be fixed or it turns out that the item is “not as described” then you would be entitled to a refund from the author. However, If there anything missing or non-workable file pending from the customer to fulfill the requirement will not be eligible for a refund.

Digital service has non-fixable bugs or errors.

If an item contains the  glitch, poor quality or any form of bug and can’t easily be fixed, would be entitled to a refund from the admin. If the item can be fixed, then the admin should do so promptly by updating the item. 

Digital service was not delivered on time

If a digital service did not deliver or incompletely delivered would entitlement to ask for a refund,  any type of revision on the product after delivery will not provide you with a refund.

  • The item did not meet your expectations or you feel the item is of low quality
  • You simply change your mind
