    Asking for refunds

    Digital service is not refundable, We understand, however, that sometimes we are not able to solve your issue or there may be circumstances in which a refund is warranted. In this case, here are the circumstances in which we would provide you with a refund:

    • Rendering Service or any other form of delivery is not similar to the actual design that was requested.
    • Digital service has non-fixable bugs or errors.
    • Digital service was not delivered on time.

An item is “not as described” if it is completely different from the actual design that the customer asked for. However, If there anything missing or non-workable file pending from the customer to fulfill the requirement will not be eligible for a refund.

    If an item contains the  glitch, poor quality or any form of bug and can’t easily be fixed, would be entitled to a refund from the admin. If the item can be fixed, then the admin should do so promptly by updating the item.
